It really works!

I had one similar about 25 years ago. I got this one when I remembered how well it strengthened my hands and arms. I did not know that it would help with my bursitis in my right shoulder. It really works!!!

Quality product!  This is a unique feeling...I hope the long term effects are as advertised.  I suspect they will be as long as I take the time to use consistently.  Looking forward to improved performance at pickleball and reduced numbness following cubital tunnel surgery.

Do not let it touch you while spinning!

This does what it’s supposed to, only complaint is that it will catch your skin if you hav it spinning and it falls only your arm.
